Children's Birthday Parties Request Form

Portside's birthday parties are tons of fun, creative and educational!  All of our parties are great for children ages 4+. Portside's wonderful teaching staff has created a curriculum just for birthday parties! These innovative project ideas allow children to have fun while learning the fundamentals of arts education. 

If you have a theme in mind,  we can personalize any of our projects to match any party theme. Portside is easy to get to and has lots of free parking. All of the children will leave with the best party favor...their own beautiful work of art! 

To ensure you get the date you want Portside prefers you schedule your party 3-4 weeks in advance.

Portside's Party Package Info

Cost:$280

2.5 hrs 10 kids + Your choice of a clay, painting or jewelry party + separate room to use for the cake, food, decorations, and presents. All children ages 0-4 must be accompanied by an adult during the art project. (Portside does not provide food)

Payment:

To reserve your birthday party please fill out this request form. Once Portside receives your request we will contact you to let you know if that date is available, you will pay a $100 deposit, and we can move forward with the Party. In the event that your requested date is not available, Portside will try to make another date work. Once your party is confirmed and you've paid the deposit, your remaining balance will be due on the day of the party. You can pay your birthday party leader the remaining balance in the form of cash or check made out to Portside Arts Center, or pay the online invoice which will be emailed to you. If your party has over 10 children, it will cost $15 per additional child. Portside can accommodate up to 20 children total for one birthday party.
