Introduction to Stained Glass

This class will cover the very basic skills and tools needed to work with stained glass. Choosing an appropriate pattern, cutting, grinding, fitting glass, as well as copper, flux, and soldering basics will be covered in detail. All tools, glass, patterns, and materials will be provided, so just show up ready to create a fantastic piece with your own two hands! Each student will complete their 8"x10" piece by the end of a four week session. This class is especially geared toward beginning glass artists, so if you have always wanted to try this -- this is for you!
